Why join NJARA?

Why join NJARA when there are so many other animal protection organizations? What makes NJARA different? What makes NJARA necessary?

Activism to alleviate any type of social injustice is necessary on a global, nationwide and local level. While each plays a critical part in ending animal oppression, some have argued that local, or grassroots activism, is the most important part. As a grassroots organization we speak directly to the public and thus effect change from the ground up.
