WHAT: To learn how to safely and effectively help curtail the Canada goose population, please attend a free training session being offered by GeesePeace in Essex County.

WHERE: Garibaldi Hall, 621-A Eagle Rock Avenue, Roseland, NJ 07068

CONTACT: You will learn Canada goose biology, humane egg treatment techniques (HSUS protocol) and how to interact safely with geese. Federal and state rules and regulations, along with the required record-keeping, will be covered. Registration is required. WHEN: Sunday, 1pm - 2pm

WHAT: Radio show "Animal Talk" with Suzanne Dragan. Claudia Rose Emerson for New Jersey Animal Rights Alliance, (No Animals in Circuses Campaign Coordinator) will discuss an ongoing campaign and Tom Rider (former Ringling employee and whistle-blower) will discuss the Federal lawsuit against Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus under the Endangered Species Act. Suit alleges that Ringling Bros. mistreats, and abuses the Asian elephants it uses in shows all across the country. The Animal Welfare Institute, and it's co-plaintiffs include the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Fund for Animals, the Animal Protection Institute and former Ringling employee, Tom Rider. Trial is to commence sometime this year.

WHAT: Dolphin Watching Excursion. Watch dolphins in their natural environment. Captain Jeff guarantees that you will see dolphins, but if by chance we don't, he gives you a ticket for a return cruise. Bring lots of film!

WHERE: The boat departs from 800 North New Hampshire Avenue (Gardner's Basin), Atlantic City.
